1.  German carmakers BMW , Audi and Mercedes have won US antitrust approval to buy Nokia's maps business for around 2.5 billion euros ($2.8 billion), the Federal Trade Commission said on Wednesday. 

2. Recently, around 20 junior to mid-management level executives at Tata Teleservices' Kerala operations quit the company and joined rival Reliance Jio Infocomm, enticed by a 20-30% salary hike.

3. Microsoft has released Cortana, its personal digital assistant for PCs and mobile devices, in more locations after a limited launch, bringing the service to India and three other countries.

4.  Chairman emeritus of Tata Sons, Ratan Tata has made a personal investment of an undisclosed amount in the online marketplace for chefs Holachef.
